  What is the borg saying about the internet?

  while speaking to my mom about some of the information i got on the wbts she asked me if i got my info off the internet.

  my mother does not own a computer and wouldn't know how the internet works.

  her question was very unusual for her.

  The Pastor's Donkey

  received this via e-mail today anf thought i would share the pastor's donkey.

  the pastor entered his donkey in a race and it won.. the pastor was so pleased with the donkey that he.

  entered it in the race again, and it won again.. the local paper read: ..... .

  Going to write to my mom

  i want to write to my mom to tell her of some of the things that led me to fade.

  i think if it's written in a kind and loving way she will read it and i may plant a few seeds of doubt in her mind.

  i don't want to bombard her with too much info, but give her enough food for thought.

  Help, the in laws are coming to visit

  some of you may know that i have spoken to my mom about the info i have found about jw and wbts.

  my in laws on the other hand know nothing.

  they just know that we no longer go to meetings.

  The Alpha Course Holy Spirit Week End?

  my hubby and i are doing the alpha course and are finding very interesting.

  in about 3 weeks time we have been invited to a weekend away to go through the information on the holy spirit.

  has anyone on this forum been on this weekend.

  Told my JW mom

  just wanted to let you all know about my phone call to my mom.

  she was telling me how upset she is that all three of her kids no longer are active jw's.

  i could no longer keep quite and i told her how upset am that she still is an active jw.

  I need a new bible

  i still own my new world translation bible and i really would like to buy a new bible.

  there are so many translations out there i don't know which one to get.

  Should I DA myself or not?

  this is my first post, some of you have read my hubby's story - agent smith - anyway i was just wondering if i should write a letter to disassociate myself or just leave things as they are.

  i have not been to meetings for about 8yrs but have only just come to realize what a load of rubbish the jw's teach.

  now that i have read "crisis of conscience" i have no doubt that jw's are corrupt.
